How do i book your MaxiTaxi or Minibus Services?
You can book via phone call, sms, whatsapp, telegram messaging service via +65 88087092 or you can book via email or fill in the booking form on our website located below.
is deposit required if advance booking had been made?
Usually we don’t require any deposits, but You may have to pay in advance in some circumstances like high demand holiday seasons and booking multiple vehicles for events.
Do i Have do book in advance?
You can book whenever you need a large MaxiTaxi and we will dispatch our nearest available vehicle. “However to have a confirmed booking it is advisable to book at least 1 hour in advance” so that our driver can check your flight status and be prepared if there is any last minute changes and ready for any unexpected events.
what are the payment modes available?
Generally, cash upon completion of journey. However, we have few other modes like Paynow/Paylah or account transfer but if you have to pay via credit card do let us know in advance so we could cater vehicles with he in-vehicle credit card machine your needs as not all our vehicles are equipped with it.
How do i contact my driver?
The assigned driver name, handphone number and vehicle number will be given to you during/after the booking process and your contact details will be forwarded to the driver for communication purposes.
does the driver & the vehicle are registered and insured?
Yes, all our driver & vehicle are insured & registered in accordance to Land Transport Authority Of Singapore (LTA) & Singapore traffic police.
